Plans have been put forward to demolish two homes and replace them with 14 apartments in Exmouth.
The proposal, which concerns 22 and 24 Albion Hill, will be considered by members of Exmouth Town Council’s planning committee, before East Devon District Council makes the final decision on planning permission.
