Plans have been put forward to replace a former Exmouth health and social care facility with housing.

The plan is for 10 homes to be built on the site of the Doyle Centre, Norton Place, a former Devon County Council-run facility which has been closed for several years.

The proposed development would be made up of detached three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses, with the existing building demolished.

At least two parking spaces will be provided for each property.

Exmouth Town Council’s planning committee will be consulted before East Devon District Council decides on permission.
