Updated plans to build four homes in Exmouth have been supported by district planning officers.
The plan is for the homes to be built on land to the rear of Eight Bells, Littlemead Lane, with access from a new junction off the A376.
The developer, who already has outline planning permission, is now applying to confirm the final details for the site’s appearance, landscaping, layout and scale.
East Devon District Council’s planning officers, in a report for next week’s development management committee (DMC) meeting, say approval should be granted. However, district councillors Jill Elson and Pauline Stott have raised concerns about the planned junction with the A376. DMC will rule on planning permission at the Knowle HQ on Tuesday at 10am.
