East Budleigh went goal-crazy, as they recorded a 9-1 win at Topsham Town 2nds in the Devon & Exeter League.
In what was a first half full of mistakes the sides went in level with Toby Hill striking for the Jays.
Budleigh made light work of the second half with a much better display; Brad Hill hit his first senior hat-trick and picked up the player of the match award, whilst brother Rian struck a brace. Joe Bowden also scored twice and Will Price completed the rout from the bench.
East Budleigh Reserves were also clinical in front of goal, as they swept past Uplyme with a 5-2 victory. Ben Wilks curled home the opening goal but Uplyme levelled on 17 minutes, and then took the lead, Wilks scored again before the break and Dan Atkinson headed in a third. The Jays confirmed the win with two further strikes from Nathan Penhallurick.
