This half term, Crealy Great Adventure Park is putting on a spectacular week of spooky story telling with readings throughout the week by special guests in the attractions magical, indoor story telling arena.

Named on the celebrity line-up is Judi Spires, TV and radio presenter, David Lawrence Jones, author of the Bradley Baker books, Michael Caines, celebrity chef and Exeter City Football Clubs’ James Vittels – plus surprise appearances from other local, well known faces during the great week of fun.

The event, dubbed ‘Halloweek’ by the park due to the attraction’s week-long, jam-packed activity programme during October half term, will also host a special fundraising fireworks night on Saturday, November 3, in aid of its nominated charity, Families for Children. This event will be opened by one of the charity’s patrons – much-loved TV star, Caroline Quentin.

But that’s not all – to get guests warmed-up for the fantastic fireworks display, Adam Isaac, best known for his appearances on The Voice, will be performing well-known songs so why not come enjoy a sing-along before the skies light up.

Children can also visit the Crealy Witch who will be flying in on her broomstick especially for Halloweek and entry to the park entitles every paying child to their own pumpkin.

Noel Harrower book release

Uncivil War – Twin Tales From Nottinghamshire is an ‘action-packed’ historical novel, telling the story of five children caught in the conflict of the English Civil War.
