The Russian National Ballet is presenting The Nutcracker in Exmouth on November 13.

And we’ve got a pair of tickets to give away in our easy-to-enter competition!

The Nutcracker is a vibrant classical ballet, based on the story “The Nutcracker and the Mouse King” written by ETA Hoffman.

It follows the adventures of a young girl, Marie. Given a nutcracker doll for Christmas, she enters a dreamlike land of magic where she discovers the Nutcracker prince and dances with the beautiful snowflakes.

This is an accessible ballet, full of familiar music such as the ‘Waltz Of The Flowers’, and the ‘Dance Of The Sugar Plum Fairy’. An eternal Christmas favourite, it will enchant both young and old. It’s a family orientated show with the fairy-tale element and some added glitz from the stunning new costumes.

The Nutcracker, presented by the Russian National Ballet, is at the Exmouth Pavilion on Monday, November 13. Standard tickets are £21 (adult), £19 (concessions) and £15 (under 14). Raised tickets are £23 (adult), £21 (concessions) and £17 (under 14). Tickets are nearly sold out. Check with venue for availability. Call 01395 222477 or visit www.ledleisure.co.uk/exmouth-pavilion
