The Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty team will be hosting two wildlife events.
On Tuesday, February 14, ‘Love your birds’ is a chance for families to build a nest box together, and learn how to attract and feed birds in the garden.
This fun session, at the Healthy Living Centre, in Hemyock, will inspire a lifetime of enjoying birds.
On Friday, February 17, at Dumpdon Hill, near Honiton, the team from Escot Education will show children how to build a house, make flour, cook on an open fire, turn wood and dress like a true Iron Age villager.
Both events have limited places and booking is essential.
Call 01823 680681 or email blackdownhills@devon.gov.uk for details.
Tickets cost £5 for adults and £3 for under 18s. To book call the Blackdown Hills AONB team on 01823 680681 or email blackdownhills@devon.gov.uk
