Devon Wildlife Trust, Exmouth will be celebrating Heath Week, with an open day at Bystock nature reserve on Tuesday, July 31, from 10am to 3.30pm.

They are hoping for the sort of glorious weather we had last year, when over 200 people enjoyed the fun, but, come rain or shine, there will be a full programme of events for all the family, and all free of charge.

These will include pond dipping, face painting, various craft activities (including willow weaving), and a variety of guided walks around the reserve, for all levels of interest and expertise. Light refreshments will be on sale, but most people normally bring a picnic and stay all day.

There is plenty of room for parking - just follow the signs from the top of Hulham Road.
