Shelagh’s Acolytes nail impressive win in latest round of Exmouth Bridge Clubs Winter Teams League

In the November session of the Winter Teams League, there were convincing wins for a number of teams.
In Division One Shelagh’s Acolytes, comprising, Shelagh Hughes, John Dick, Alf Wallen and Brian Hughes were winners by the biggest margin as they claimed an 18-2 triumph.
The New Deal, made up of Terry Cannon, Nigel Mack, Hugh Stedham and Alan Swift, won 17-3.
The other big Division One winners were Refourmed who landed a 16-4 success.
In Division Two, The Mob, comprising Bill Oeters, Di Oeters, Hilary Billing and Sandy Miles, were empathic 20-0 winners and have extended their lead to seven points.
Luce Cannons made up of Martin Luce, Eric Sage, Carla Pickering and Roy Pickering were 16-4 victors in their game.
