The weather served up a real mix of mist, hail, rain, then boiling hot sunshine. However, the elemnts did not deter the runners in the 2K Family Fun Run and the 4K Junior Grizzly.

It was a fantastic atmosphere with tremendous banter between the Town Crier and the Race Director Paul Johns, lovely to see lots of locals as well as visitors in the 200 strong field.

In the Junior Grizzly, run over 4k it was Samuel Pyne who took the tape first in the Under-11 male section. Alfie Devine-Wright was first home in the Under-13 (male) category.

In the Under-15 (male), the first home was Charlie Smith.

In the ladies section the first girl home in the Under-11 age group was Sasha Davey whilst Florence Swann led the Under-13 girls home and Abigail Morgan broke the tape in the Under-15 section.
