Exmouth RFC to stage another of their popular Member’s Luncheons before Saturdays big game with Taunton

11:24 19 February 2014

Exmouth were left frustrated as they lost another game to the weather with last weekend meeting with table-topping Hartpury College falling foul of a waterlogged Imperial Ground pitch.

This Saturday the Cockles stage a big west county derby with the visit of Taunton for a National Two (S) game.

The pair should have met on the Saturday before Christmas, but a soggy surface put paid to that and so the teams try again this weekend.

When the pair met in September at Taunton the Cockles were beaten 61-23.

Saturday is also the latest Members Luncheon day.

There are tickets still available at a cost of £10 which includes a meal and a drink.

The bar is open from 12 noon and lunch served at 1.15pm.

The clubhouse big screen television will also be showing the England versus Ireland game.

For more information or bookings contact Sue tone via email at events@exmouthrugby.co.uk or by phone on 07788 563659.

The Cockles are also expecting to hear shortly about Rigby World Cup tickets.

Members of Exmouth RFC are able to access early tickets and those wanting to take advantage of this are asked to speak with Mark Hartman or email international-tickets@exmouthrugby.co.uk
