Archant

Exmouth suffered their 17th defeat on the National Two (S) season when they went down 32-7 at second in the table Canterbury.

The Cockles shipped five tries, scoring just the one and, with two-thirds of the campaign to play and the side 25 points from safety the inevitable swift return to the league they left in triumph last season, draws ever nearer.

Next weekend the Cockles entertain title-chasing, table-toppers Hartpury College.
