Exmouth lift the County Cup last season

Archant

Exmouth RFC have returned to training ahead of a new season.

The first couple of the twice weekly sessions were very well attended as the players were put through their paces on Exmouth beach!

The players were under the guidance of the Mystic Adventures team and the action drew a large crowd to the Orcombe Point area of the beach.

Cockles Director of Rugby Chris Wright said: “The good people at Mystic Adventures certainly know how to put a package together. They provide dynamic and robust session that focus on team bonding and team building and heading their way was an obvious early pre-season choice.”

He continued: “We will look now to step up the intensity of the sessions so that everyone is at their peak ready for the start of the new National Three league campaign in September.”
