Perrett powers to Axmouth success

A duo of Exmouth Harriers travelled to Axmouth at the start of the month, writes Dave Eveleigh.
John Perrett and Jamie Palmer tackled the twin race Axmouth Challenge multi-terrain event.
John was first in the 5-mile race, quite an achievement for a runner in his seventies, and we are talking about first overall, not a category win!
Meanwhile Jamie, finished fifth in the 10 miler with a time of 63:12, five minutes behind winner Steve Osbourne.
