Congratulations to Dennis Chivers on becoming East Devon Club Captain for the year.
At the drive in the new captain was well supported by the Ladies Captain, Di Willoughby, Seniors Captain Mike Moore and Junior Captain Ben French.
In what was as nerve racking an ordeal as ever especially with such a large gathering on the club house patio all four of them made the fairway (or almost!).
In all a magnificent sum of £360 was collected for the Captains’ 2013 charity, The West of England School for Children with little or no sight.
