Rink honours were shared in a mixed home friendly against Honiton which the visitors won 48-31.

Budleigh’s winning rink was skipped by Allan Cottle, who, with Di Lowe , Bunty Hudson and Alan Pearson, had to hang on grimly as they saw their 15–3 lead reduced to only one shot after the final end.
