Clyst St George II were also hit by the weather when their 2nd XI C Division home game with Yelverton II was washed out.
When a premature end was called the visitors had made their way to 157-4 with all four of the wickets falling to Paul Laverick (4-35).
Clyst St George banked seven points from the match which leaves them second bottom of the table, a dozen points from safety with five games to play.
All is not lost for the Bohea Field men for in those last five games they play both the other teams who are battling to beat the drop, basement side Honiton II and third bottom Clyst Hydon II.
Next up is Saturday’s trip to fifth placed Barnstaple and Pilton II.
