Honiton Netball Club have started new sessions for the under-11 age group.

Club secretary Jenny Kelly says: “I have had lots of enquiries since the club started from players under the age of 11 so we knew the need was there for an Under-11 section to the club. We have recently been awarded £265 from England Netball’s club starter fund to help us start running session for this age group, we are all really excited.”

Sessions started last week and there were an impressive 16 players in the age group in attendance.

If you are interested in joining them, they are always happy to receive new members, then get along to the session which are held at Honiton Sports Centre on Wednesday’s 5.30-6.30pm if you are in school year four or five, and 6.30-7.30pm if you are in year six.
