The annual Exmouth Harriers organised Fulfords Five Mile race takes place in the town this Sunday (February 5), writes Dave Eveleigh.

It is possible to enter on the day - at the race HQ in the Sports Centre near the Bus Depot and train station but you can save yourself £2 by entering on-line via www.exmouth-harriers.co.uk or by post to, 5 Caroline close, Exmouth, EX8 4AZ (£12 or £10 UKA Affiliated).

Minimum age is 15 years and the race starts near the Sports Centre at 11.00 a.m. This is a good distance for inexperienced runners and could form a useful part of preparations for the Great West Run.
