The first family to take advantage of Exeter City’s new £37 under 12s season ticket for next season received a special pre-match visit from vice-captain Steve Tully on Saturday to thank them for their support.

James Smail’s seat alongside Dad Paul (also pictured) in the Stagecoach Family Stand for the 23 league games next season will cost just £1.60 a game from thanks to the club’s new price scheme – aimed at encouraging more families to attend matches.

And fans are reminded that this fantastic offer isn’t just available for renewing season ticket holders, in fact James and Paul are new season ticket holders themselves.

Super Saver season tickets for under 12s (available until March 31, 2012) in the Stagecoach Family Stand and ATASS Devon Air Ambulance Big Bank cost just £37 while it is just £88 to sit in the Flybe Stand.

Club Chief Executive Julian Tagg hopes that many families will take advantage of the under 12s season ticket in the coming weeks and months.

“We feel that £37 for the new under 12 season ticket for league games is fantastic value and shows the commitment we are showing to the next generation of City supporters,” he said.

“The club is working extremely hard behind the scenes to become even more family friendly with the likes of Community Corner and the already highly popular match day experience aspect and this is the next step in that commitment.”
