Ammies bagged a fourth win in six Fresha League Division Four outings with a fine all-round performance.

The Warrenview side controlled proceedings from the first whistle, but for all their territorial advantage and excellent ball reception, chances to score were few and far between. All that changed once Morgan Johnson slotted in from close range.

That was Morgan’s first goal of the season and proved to be the only score of the first half.

After the break Ammies went in search of the match-sealing second and it arrived soon enough when Robbie Lambert scored a fine header.

Tom Matthew rounded off a fine move which he started and finished to make the score 3-0 to complete the scoring.

On Saturday Ammies travel to Axminster Town who sit top, seven points better off than Ammies who have played four games fewer.
