Exmouth Amateurs make major new signing

10:14 17 July 2014

Exmouth Amateurs have been given a huge boost with news that another big local football name is set to join the Warrenview revolution.

Just weeks after taking over the reigns once again Jody Bolt has secured what he describes as a ‘priceless signing’.

The Ammies stalwart explained saying: “To use a well-oiled footballing phrase I am simply ‘over-the-moon’ with the news that Adam Reid is coming on board to join me at the club. His exact position is yet to be finalised, but I am a big fan of his and have watched in admiration over the years all he has built and achieved at Woodbury FC. I have had many a footballing conversation with him over the years about the possibility of he and I joining forces with a club to work together and, until now, for whatever reason it has not come to fruition. However, it has now and I feel it’s a massive boost to the forward planning at Warrenview. Adam shared my passion, enthusiasm and vision for the game of football. I believe that together we will make a formidable team in taking Amateurs forward on from where we currently stand and I mean that in terms of development on, and off the pitch. He brings a real zest for the game to the club and will breath new life into areas that might otherwise have either trodden water or gone backwards! I cannot wait for us to start work together.”
