Brixington Blues Under-11s were beaten in their latest league game at Heavitree Tornadoes.

After falling behind Blues levelled through Joe Evans. Parity did not last long as the Heavies regained the lead.

Blues showed some very promising moments in the game, but the home side’s finishing was clinical.

Evans rifled in a superb free-kick for the Blues second and late on Jake Pond netted the third.

The Blues are in need of new players to bolster their side.

Anybody in the Under-11 age group who would like to join a friendly bunch of players who are well coached should contact Kevin Hockings on 07971091031 or e-mail kevskippy@aol.com
