Exiles 5, Central 4

Exiles edged a thriller to deservedly claim the points.

The week before a Kev Pitt hat-trick and goals from Marty Robertson and Gareth Davies saw exiles to a nap hand win over Green Gables.

They were quickly into their stride against Exiles and led 2-0 at half time thanks to goals from Ian Boyd and Marty Robertson.

A second from Boyd shortly after the re-start put them firmly in charge.

Central then began a fight back which saw them net three times to level things up.

Marty Robertson applied a neat finish to restore the Exiles lead only for the visitors to again level at 4-4.

Both sides then went in search of a winner and then honour fell to Boyd who clinically despatched a 30-yard chip to complete his hat-trick and seal a superb win.

This Sunday Exiles entertain Starcross Royals (10.15).
