Exmouth United Under-9s were doubled winners when they met two Feniton sides in their latest Exeter and District League matches.
First up against Feniton they found the opposition goal keeper in great form. It called for a patient performance from United and they served up just that whilst continuing to pass the ball well. Skipper Joel Knott opened the scoring with a powerful free-kick.
The lead was doubled when a superb through-ball from Carrick Howard was taken in his stride by Knott.
After the break there were more heroics from the Feniton glovesman, but he was eventually beaten when a Ryan Dart wing raid ended with a cross for Bailey Cochran to back heel into the net to make it 3-0.
The fourth and final goal came from a delightful Cayleb Field pass out of defence that released Charlie Bowen who saw his initial shot cannon back off the cross bar only to fall back to him and he thumped it home!
Next up Feniton Falcons faced the full force of a United display full of energy and clinical finishing as every single player in the team netted!
United line-up: Bryn Stephens, Harry Kiflu Reynolds, Cayleb Field, Ryan Dart, Charlie Bowen, Joel Knott, Baily Cochran and Carrick Howard all scored in a 12-0 triumph.
This Saturday United take on Heavitree Bulls in the League Cup.
