Exmouth tennis starlet Johnson has big targets

Exmouth’s Ben Johnson reaches semi-final at Grade Two national tennis event.

Ben Johnson from Exmouth Tennis and Fitness Centre competed in the nine and unders’ Grade 2 National Event at Roehampton National Tennis Centre where he won all his matches in his qualifying box.

He went on to win two more matches to reach the semi-finals where he unfortunately lost in three sets in a close fought match.

Over the last year young Johnson has won three Grade 3 Regional Events as well as being runner-up several times.

His ultimate target is to win a Grade 2 National Event and compete in the end of Season Grade 1 National Tour Finals.
