Exmouth Sea Angling Club members receive Angling Trust certificates

Exmouth Sea Angling Association had a ceremony to present the certificates handed down by Angling Trust, writes Rob Pennells.

In all there were 20 Angling Trust Specimen Awards presented.

Three were gold, five were silver and another 12 were bronze awards.

The three gold certificate recipients were Si May for his pollack of 8lb 12oz, Brian Reed for a 2lb 9oz brill and Gary Bowden with a sole of 2lb 11oz.

The Top Boat Specimen Silver award went to Tony Mcginty with a black bream of 4lb 12oz.
