Exmouth’s Milliner lands his first ever bllonde ray - and it’s anew record!

Exmouth angler Shane Milliner broke the ESAA blonde ray record by over two pounds when he fished the North Somerset coast, writes Simon Boeree.
The fish was landed using sand eel bait on a pennel pully rig and tipped the scales at 14lb 3oz and 3drams.
Milliner also landed smalleyed ray and spoted ray during his trip.
However it was the landing of his first ever blonde ray that gave him the most pleasure.
