Withy 2nd XV action during the 11-10 win over Exmouth Nomads

Exmouth and Withycombe both record excellent league victories

It was another very good weekend for both Exmouth and Withycombe on the rugby field.

The Cockles stormed back from a 6-0 half time deficit at Amersham to land a sixth win in seven National Three (SW) matches with tries from Matt Ryan and Jack Downie as they landed a 12-2 victory.

It was a little more emphatic for Withycombe who defeated Liskeard-Looe 31-10 with Kevin Rodwell the hat-trick try star of proceedings.

Mike Symons and Neil Williams also scored tries for Withy/.
