Exe V 10, Sidmouth and Ottery 1

Exe impressed from the outset with confident passing and great runs up the wings. The defence had a quiet day, but when called into action were equal to the challenge.

A strong first half finished with the hosts five goals to the good. After the break the opportunity was taken to change positions for some of the players.

Even with a big switch around the play was confident and fast paced resulting in more goals.

Sidmouth and Ottery fielded a young team who fought hard throughout the entire match and got a deserved consolation, but the home side were empathic winners by full-time.
