East Devon Ladies – Pratt wins the Blatcher Cup

Rosemary Pratt won the Blatcher Cup for 2014 at East Devon Golf Club last week, writes Helen Chivers.

Pratt was the only lady in the 82 strong field to break par, claiming victory with her one under par 37 stableford points.

Pratt claimed top spot in the Silver Division stableford competition by three shots from Jill Miller who scored 34 points. Margaret Christie continued her good run of form to take third place on countback from Nina Hawkins as they both scored 33 points. Claire Dowling was fifth with 32 points.

Marilyn Gerrard was the winner of Bronze Division on 35 points, two shots clear of Margaret Webb and Shirley Horsburgh on 33 points, Webb taking second place on countback. Sarah Jones claimed fourth spot on countback from Sally Shackleton – both recorded 32 points.
