However, Warrenview was able to stage its second game of the year when Ammies seconds played Seaton Town reserves.

Ammies started brightly and dominated from the off, within the first five minutes captain Ross Matthews opened the scoring with a far post header from a Danny Gould corner. Morgan Johnson added a second with a strike from close range before Pete Vine scored the goal of the game a fine 45-yard free kick which the keeper could not control.

The moment all Ammies players and supporters had hoped arrived when James Dunigan netted his first goal for the club, a fine right foot shot from just inside that area that sent Ammies into half-time with a 4-0 lead.

After the break the Ammies dominance continued, but there was just the one further goal, scored by Johnson to seal a comprehensive 5-0 win.

Both Ammies teams are in action this Saturday with the senior side entertaining Willand Rovers whilst the seconds travel to Newtown.
