Four Exmouth Running Belles competed in their first women’s triathlon in Langport at the weekend.
The triathlon comprised of a 200m swim, 15k bike ride and finally a 5k run.
Christine Doe crossed the line in overall seventh position and was the fifth fastest cyclist.
Clare Medlock crossed the line in 1.01 to finish 25th overall out of a 110 field.
Medlock was also she was also delighted to achieve a ninth place for the cycle race.
Louise Watts was the third Belle to cross the line in 1.05 and Cally Rowland finished in respectable time of 1.14.
On Sunday seven Belles took part in the local Woodbury Fun run organised by Christ Church Woodbury and Exmouth Harriers.
One Exmouth Belle ran as an Exmouth Harrier.
The Belles and lady Harriers affectionately name these runners Harribelles!
Harribelle Lisa Broad completed the 10k route in a swift time of 51.40 which was significantly quicker than her time last year. Other Belles that completed the run were; Jane Hall, 55.38; Penny Rye, 55.59; Alison Wikinson, 56.52; Sally Blower, 60.27; Olivia Pyne, 64.25 and Debby Mullier- 67.50.
