Congratulations to both Janine Orchard and Liz Smerdon who received their Devon County indoor badges.

In the national 2-wood triples competition Christine Macaulay, Liz Smerdon and Sue Harriott were victorious against Jan Roberts, Janine Orchard and Catherine King.

Meanwhile Jan Roberts and Catherine King won 23-9 against Yvonne Rayner and Carol Binmore at Honiton

In the Over-60s pairs Christine Macaulay and Angela Denner won 28-11 against M Snell and G Callaghan.

The Madeira men also serve dup performances of note.

Ken Roberts Bob Birch and Cliff Skinner won by three shots over Grant Howlands’rink.

Also well done in the Denny cup, where the Madeira men were one shot winners over the four rinks played against Isca.
