Both Exmouth and Withycombe netted excellent victories on the final Saturday of October.
The Cockles left it late to secure a 24-17 win at Brixham.
They trailed 21-17 in the closing stages when awarded a penalty try for the home side collapsing the scrum as the Cockles prepared for a push-over.
The victory takes the Cockles up to third in the National Three (SW) table.
Across at Raleigh Park Withycombe stormed back to wining ways with a 42-12 triumph over Newquay Hornets.
An impressive feature of the Withy win was that they had no fewer than six different try scorers.
Make sure of your copy of the Exmouth Journal (out next on Thursday October 1) for match reports on both Exmouth and Withycombe.
