The Robins bossed long periods of this game, but failed top take enough of then many chances they created throughout top return to Greenway Lane with anything to show for their efforts, writes Alan Beer.

The Robins dominated much of the first half, but had to settle for parity at the break. On 10 minutes George Pannell went close with curling effort from 20-yards, just the wrong side of the post.

On 15 minutes a long clearance found Adam Turner who, with home keeper Bellotti off his line, watched his lofted effort drop onto the roof of the net. Another chance was missed on 20 minutes when Peter Grover hit the post.

A minute later the same player broke the deadlock. A Spurs defender failed to clear properly, Grover picked up the loose ball and shot home from 10-yards. A minute before the break the hosts equalised, against the run of play.

A Matias Morgan cross from the right was met by Adam Dyson and his header was well saved by Adam Pannell in the Budleigh goal.

The ball dropped very kindly at the feet of Tom Sercombe who had a simple tap in from close range. Spurs began the second period looking much more determined but it was The Robins who again went ahead on 50 minutes.

Mike Hancock saw his shot cleared off the line by a defender for a corner, which was only cleared to the edge of the box. George Pannell made no mistake.

In a three minute spell mid way through the half The Robins defence failed to clear twice giving Adam Dyson the chance to first level and then fire his side into a winning 3-2 situation.
