The South West Peninsula League Eastern Division makes for pleasant reading for followers of East Devon football with three local sides occupying top four berths!
Newton Spurs lead the way with 21 points from nine games with Budleigh also on 21 points, though in their case from 12 games.
Axminster Town sit third with 20 points from nine games and Exmouth Town sit in a very strong position.
Richard Pears men are the only unbeaten side in the section with 20 points from their eight games so far.
