Once again the weather was more of a challenge than the fishing in the latest Exmouth Sea Angling Association junior competition, writes Bob Pennells.
Because of the elements the competition was reduced to just two hours of fishing.
However, the youngsters still enjoyed themselves despite the weather!
The winner was Kerry Browning who served up a new junior record flounder that hit the scales at 2.34lb.
This was sufficient for young Kerry to land the ESAA Junior Shield for a second successive year.
