Withycombe Under 8`s enjoyed the better of two games with neighbours Exmouth, landing 12-10 and 11-9 victories.
The second game was another to see a bright start by both sides.
Harry Bennett led from the front for Withy with a four try haul.
Charlie Passmore helped himself to another treble and Paddy Mcguinness bagged his second brace of the morning.
There was also a great moment for Joseph Bowden when he marked only his second start for the side with his first try!
Withy were very good value for their 11-9 success and special mention must be made of the contribution from Ollie Hempstead who wasn’t overawed in the slightest by the bigger opposition players and rightly landed the Withy Man of the Match award for a shift that included some superb tagging and running.
