Archant

Young artists at St Peter’s School have been putting their talents on show in a competition organised by Budleigh in Bloom.

The group organised a School Art Competition, for which the theme this year was poppies.

Every pupil in each year group entered, and three winners from each group were awarded prizes.

Megan Wood was named as the overall winner for ages four to six, and Tassy Mitchell was named as the overall winner for ages seven to 11.

The contest was judged by Katie McDermott, from Budleigh Salterton Art Group, assisted by Sue Griffin, of Budleigh in Bloom.
