Brixington Primary School pupils found themselves in the mythical land of Narnia, where they took tea with Mr Tumnus.

The year three and four pupils were treated to a day of fun activities, fancy dress, drama, art and cookery in a bid to spark their imaginations.

A school spokesman said: “The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and so did the adults.

“It was a lovely day and we hope that the children will produce some exciting, interesting and imaginative work over the following weeks from this day.”
