Mobile phone firm Vodafone is set to open a new store in Exmouth’s Magnolia Centre.

Two planning applications relating to the store have gone in for 48 The Parade, formerly home to Granite Outdoors, and previously Stead and Simpson.

The applications are to alter and extend the shop front, and to install facia signs and LCD screens.

Exmouth Town Council will consider the applications, before East Devon District Council rules on planning permission.
