THERE’S a chance to get fit at a festive fundraiser coming up soon in Exmouth.
TRXmas takes place on at Hands-on Health in Victoria Road on Tuesday, December 10 (2pm-7pm) and Thursday, December 12 (2pm-6pm).
The event is to raise funds for Stallcombe House, the residential working environment for adults with a learning disability near Woodbury.
TRX is a fitness technique that helps people of all ages and abilities to get fast results and core strength without going to the gym, doing sit-ups or pounding the pavements.
“For just £1, TRXmas will give you a chance to see what TRX could do for you as well as an entry into a prize draw with a chance of winning a TRX lesson or a massage,” says a Hands-on Health spokesperson.
There will also be festive refreshments and if you’re up for a challenge, you can pick from a choice of exercises and see how many you can do in 30 seconds.
All proceeds go to Hands-on Health’s adopted charity, Stallcombe House.
