Tickets are now on sale for an Exmouth charity’s annual fundraising ball, which it is hoped will be the best ever.

The third Harry’s Ball will be raising money for the Harry Cunningham Trust, founded by Niki and Jamie Cunningham after their son Harry died aged 26 hours in 2012.

Guests at this year’s ball will be joined by a glittering list of celebrities, including Ashley Taylor Dawson of Hollyoaks and Strictly Come Dancing fame, Kym Marsh of Coronation Street and formerly Hear’Say, and cast members from Made in Chelsea and The Only Way Is Essex.

There is also a spectacular line-up of live entertainment, including former X Factor contestants, Devon’s Luke Friend and Rough Copy, and former Britain’s Got Talent runners-up Twist and Pulse.

Niki said: “I’m really pleased with the line-up. It’s been a lot of hard work to organise all these different people. I think there’s something for everybody there. Having the support of these well-known people will only be positive in getting the word out for what we’re trying to do.”

The trust works to raise awareness of vasa praevia, the condition which caused Harry’s death, and raise money for neonatal causes. The ball will take place at Exeter Chiefs’ Sandy Park ground on November 15. Five hundred tickets are available and 100 were sold within two days

Niki said: “Every year it’s grown bigger, so hopefully this year will be bigger and better. Last year we raised £10,000, so we’d obviously like to beat that.”

Tickets will cost £70 for a standard ticket, £85 for a VIP package, which includes a drinks reception, and meet and greet with the celebrities, and £115 for the celebrity experience, which includes the chance to sit at a celebrity table.
