An Exmouth health and fitness clinic has raised money for a local charity using an innovative fitness programme.
The Victoria Road clinic invited residents to donate a £1 to try out a TRX ‘suspension training’ tand raised £77 for Woodbury charity Stallcombe House.
Albie McMahon, partner at Hands-on Health in Exmouth, presented a cheque to Christine Jarman, general Manager of the charity.
The sessions were offered as a fun way for people to learn about training system and the some participants hose to come in fancy dress, which, together with refreshments, added to the Christmas spirit.
Six prize winners will be enjoying massage appointments or TRX lessons at Hands-on Health in the near future.
