Archant

A planning application for temporary attractions on the former Fun Park site in Exmouth has been submitted to East Devon District Council.

A formal planning application has been submitted to build temporary attractions on the former Fun Park site in Exmouth seafront.

Among the attractions suggested in the proposals are a large cinema screen and a space for concerts and fairs.

There could also be a space for a soft-sand or hard surface seated area and a fenced-off play section for children and teenagers.

The proposals are part of East Devon District Council’s (EDDC) ‘phase three’ redevelopment site on Queen’s Drive.

District Council planners will have the final say on the application.
