A primary school which had a flying visit from an air ambulance in the summer has made a donation to support its charity.
Withycombe Raleigh Primary School hosted the new Devon Air Ambulance helicopter, G-DAAN, on its county-wide tour.
The school’s PTFA provided refreshments during that visit, and this raised £114, which has gone to the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
The trust’s fundraising director Caroline Creer said: “Our thanks go to Withycombe Raleigh Primary School for their help with refreshments when we dropped in to Exmouth, and for raising further funds to help keep the service going.”
