The oldest Jenson Mk 1 Interceptor on the road in the UK is just one of the many motoring gems on show this Sunday at Exmouth’s World of Country Life.

This classic example of motoring history is owned by John Stephenson and has previously been driven in the Winter Challenges of 2003 and 2004 to Geneva and Monte Carlo.

The car has been completely overhauled in recent years , winning first in class at the 2007 Emerald Isle Rally.

World of Country Life Park manager, Tony Collins, said: “John’s Jenson is a great example of the type of exhibits that will be visiting our car rally on Sunday, September 16.

“We are lucky to be having so many interesting classic and vintage examples coming along, plus plenty of wildcard exhibitors including Daleks, Darth Vader and a wide range of boat and model exhibits. There really will be something for everyone on show and it promises to be a fantastic family day out.”

The event will be taking place at World of Country Life this Sunday , September 16.

The park will be open from 10am – 5pm .
