Police are appealing for information regarding the alleged theft of a mobile phone on a train between Exmouth and Exeter.
British Transport Police want to speak to the man and woman in these images, about the incident on July 26.
Investigating officer, PC Darran Blackwell, said: “A female passenger on board the 13:22 Exeter-Paignton service on Thursday, 26 July, reported to police that her mobile telephone had been stolen while she was on board the train.
“The victim said the theft took place as the train travelled between Exmouth and Exeter stations.
“An investigation into the incident is ongoing and, after reviewing CCTV images from on board the train, I would now like to identify and speak to the man and woman in these photographs as I believe they will have information which can assist us.
“I’d ask anyone who recognises these people, or if you know their current whereabouts, to please contact British Transport Police.”
