The centrepiece of a new housing development in Exmouth is opening its doors this weekend.

Withycombe House, the former Hillcrest School in St John’s Road, has been restored to form luxury homes as part of a housing development by CG Fry and Son, which also features new homes built in the former school grounds.

The restored house will be opening to the public for the first time this Saturday and Sunday, between 10am and 4pm.

There will also be chance to enjoy a bespoke wine tasting and food matching experience by Jim Kingston, of Topsham Wines, for which places must be pre-booked by calling 01395 282982, or emailing hillcrestsales@cgfry.co.uk
